Privacy policy
Updated · Today's Coffee Taiwan
In short: you can use Today's Coffee Taiwan without an account. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We count what people do on the site without personal data. If you sign in, we keep only what we need for your Beans, orders and prizes, and you can ask us to delete it.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why

If you don't want to give us any data, you can still use the guides, Deals and the flavor map. You need an account only to earn and use Beans.
Cookies
- If you sign in, a login cookie keeps you signed in. Some forms use a security cookie against fake requests. Both are needed for the site to work.
- We use no advertising, analytics or social media cookies.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page opens.
- When you tap a momo link, momo records the click with its own cookies so it can pay our commission; momo's privacy policy applies there. The same happens on a roaster's payment page.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only as the table says: with the partner roaster of your order, the delivery company for prizes, Google or LINE when you sign in, and our hosting company, which stores the site's data.
Your rights
Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法) you can ask to see your data, get a copy, correct it, ask us to stop using it, or delete it. Write to hello@todayscoffeetaiwan.com from the email of your account. We reply within 15 days for a copy and within 30 days for corrections or deletion.
Delete your account yourself: on the My Beans page, tap "Delete my account". We erase your name, email, the account ID from Google or LINE, your receipt photos, the name, phone and address of your deliveries, and your unused Beans. Orders stay in our records without your personal data, because Taiwan's accounting rules ask for them. If a prize is on its way, you can delete your account after it arrives.
How we protect it
The site uses HTTPS. Personal data is kept in a private folder outside the public website, and only we can open the admin panel, where receipt photos are seen.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top and explain big changes on this page.
